The Adoption Process
Volunteers at Champs Chance are committed to finding our dogs loving forever homes where they can live their best lives. Our volunteers are available every step of the way to assist in finding your new furry family member.
To begin our adoption process simply click the link provided to apply. Once a background review is completed, our adoption coordinator will reach out to you to answer any questions and facilitate a meeting with the dog you’re interested in or suggest available dogs based on your preferences.
All applicants must agree to a home assessment and veterinary reference check.
Each adoption receives individual care to ensure completion of mandatory medical vaccinations, microchip insertion and Spay / Neuter surgery. Our adoption process varies depending on what medical needs to be completed at the time of adoption application, however options are available for the dog to remain in their adoptive home while medical is completed.
Our adoptions are finalized once all medical is completed, adoption donation minimum of $350 received and the adoption contract is signed by the adopter and Champs Chance.
